SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All of our PEAU products are shipped via a secure, tracked shipping method. Free shipping will be applied at checkout and does not include duties.

Dispatch estimates give an indication of when the item will be dispatched from our warehouse for delivery. The items on your order will be dispatched as soon as they become available. As we try our upmost to deliver as soon as possible please allow, 5-7 days for your product to arrive to yourself. At the moment we can only send orders to street addresses, we don’t deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

Once your order has been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, we will be unable to change the delivery address. If the order is with the carrier you can contact them directly and they will amend your delivery address where possible.

All of our order are shipped with Royal Mail (Tracked).

If you have yet to receive your dispatch notification email you can contact us and we will attempt to amend changes on our end.

In case your PEAU package arrives damaged as a result of shipment. Please email us as soon as possible at info@peaultd.com to notify us of the damage. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost items, please contact Royal mail if your package is lost or damaged.

We send updates by text message, so you can stay updated on your delivery. Just add your mobile number at checkout to receive these notifications. The number of messages you'll receive will vary depending on the orders you placed.

We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can email us and we can come up with some sort of alternative.

Please note that IF product(s) are returned they must be returned unused & undamaged. Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be refunded. Please also make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the item(s) from being damaged while in transit. Return labels will be provided if we choose to accept a return. We will take the postage fee away from the total order value if they meet the guidelines.
