refund policy

We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can email us and we can come up with some sort of alternative.

We understand that not all skincare is for everyone, however returning skincare products is not ideal due to the hygiene. We hope that you understand that at this moment we don’t provide refunds, but we will treat each request individually.

Please note that IF product(s) are returned they must be returned unused & undamaged. Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be refunded. Please also make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the item(s) from being damaged while in transit. We recommend keeping our mailing box during the 14 window period (just incase).

If you do return an order, make sure to add all contents received (dust bags, complimentary gifts). If we do not receive all contents we may deduct these items from your refund value.

Please add your name and email address in the returns box so we can identify your return (this can be written in the box or on a piece of paper).

Return labels will be provided if we choose to accept a return. We will take the postage fee away from the total order value if they meet the guidelines.
